Last cycle I tried vitamin b6 50mg the whole cycle and natural progesterone cream after ovulation and my lp was 11 days which was better. If you take decide to take vitamin b6 take it in conjunction with a good multivitamin. I have also read that vitamin c can also help so have been taking that as well, and if you want to try ester c non acidic. Any questions let me know.]]>
