Sam only has hers in bed or in the carseat. I figure it's something we can deal with once she is old enough for the Dummy fairy to come pay a visit.

For Briona, we gave it to her as part of a sleep routine - morning or night. Mac is really inconsistent with his. He has his both night and day but not every sleep. Sometimes he goes down without it and sometimes he "needs" it. Bella has colic and the soother really helps with that. It is also good to help settle her for her daytime sleeps.
