OMG u almost have the same name as me!! My name is Kirsteen!   Yea im taking 1 in the morning and 2 at night...With my little baby on board now i guess i have to be careful that i get a full amount of sleep and not "Lack of"...

Mind if i ask what meds? im on epilim 500..seems to be doing its job 4 me...have tried others eg: tegretal and lamictol but was a no go. was havin a fit every week with lamictal so back 2 epilim it was. Anyhows last fit was around september last year or so. doing fine since

Hi All.

Im a 28yr old mum (with a 3mnth old baby) with epilepsy...Just wondering if there are any other mums out there in the same boat with epilepsy??

Maybe Also start a coffee group or something??
