We use cloth nappies 24/7.

Not only are they a great money saver, but very addictive!!

Definately check out The Nappy Network and sign up in the forum, ask as many questions as you want and you will always get a helpful answer and lots of opinions on the different nappies. rachael, my jack was born with dislocated hips too. i was planning to use cloth but he was put in a pavlik harness so it was so much easier to use disposables.

Thanks guys. Sounds as though fuzzibunz are one of the more popular ones. I think I'll order a trial pack to test once baby arrives. The modern cloth nappies just look so much easier to use than the old type which always seemed really bulky & prone to leakage!! I use prefolds and overnaps from Real Nappies. All these new fangled nappies a bit too much!

I have no idea what the other systems are all about. I stuck with good old simple pocket nappies.

Yep, Im using FB on my 3 month old. Have been since she was about 6 weeks. It is really confusinf with all the diff systems so try going to a nappiccino if you can. For an older kidlet I like fuzzibunz pocket nappy. Have tried a few other pockets and they didn't really stack up.

I think Aimee and Ana, with young babies, are using fuzzibunz as well. It really is a trial and error thing. Possibly organise to go to a Nappicino so that you can see the different types out there and talk about what is best. the nappy network

i have a 6 mth old and a 2 yr old and i prefer pockets for the 2 yr old (i use fuzzi bunz and rosies fleece pockets) and for the younger i use prefolds and covers and at night i have a rosies all in one and a snazzipants fitted, but havent developed a preference for either one yet.
