What you could do (it's an old wives tale) is get a tiny amount of sugar and put it on your finger and rub gently on her gums, you should then be able to tell if there are teeth there. Don't rub too hard though, as you don't want to draw blood... Its entirely up to you if you want to try it.

It sounds like she's going thru a fussy phase. What happens if you stop with the fruit and just give her veges? Does she take them?

I havent tried giving her a spoon too.. she tries to whack the one im trying to feed her with.. Iv felt her gums but what am i feeling for? Doesnt feel like teeth coming through..

with Caitlyn i would feel her gums (with a clean finger of course)

What if you give her a spoon as well Kandice? does that make a difference?

Probably just going through a phase. Ella is being pretty fussy at the moment with her food as well and would much rather drink her milk than eat (her latest trick is as soon as she goes in her highchair she starts sucking her thrumb making it impossible to eat).

Things I have found that help are: giving her a spoon to play with, letting her play with the food (got some bowls that suck onto the tray so she can't throw it overboard), playing her some music (either baby mozort or Old MacDonald works a trick).

It can get VERY frustrating and I know that when I get frustrated she picks up my mood that makes it even worst.

I have no idea...Bella has been doing this for weeks too, and since she has been sick she hardly eats or drinks anything. I felt really bad today as mum came and took her for an hour and all i could think was thank god, now i feel terrible!
She just ate a small amout of mango and pear..

It could be either, Daniel has done this a couple of times. I just ended up just trying, if he did that then I stopped, gave him finger food and left him to it. He eventually stopped being stupid and ate properly
