Esp as she's only 8 months - that is a very high temperature for someone her age.

Hope the doctors can do something, and that Kate is better really soon!

We took her to the childrens dept at a&e on Sat as it was still 39.3 after paracetamol. They kept her in for observation and gave her Ibuprofen and put her on antibiotics. They think its either a virus or urine infection- so we gave 2 urine samples as well. Anyway- I've been giving her paracetamol and Ibuprofen since then, but basically unless she has both in her system then her temp skyrockets back up to 39.5-39.6. Its now been 5 days We have a follow up back at the childrens ward on Thursday but should I look at taking her back in? I would have thought that it should be going down by now- even just a little. Shes still just as bad as the start of it.
