Yep very curly - i'm not cutting it like we didn't Andrew's and now his is straight.

He has so much now and it is a gorgous colour too.

It just crashed on me so fingers crossed it fixes up soon.

He's not home yet, comes home on Thursday.

Emma - help please.

The only day I needed my children to wake me up early they didn't. We finally all got up at 8.30 this morning and I was like OMG we have an hour and a half to get dressed eat and pack the car up before we pick Neil up, and WTF its raining.

Some how we managed it and got to their place at just after 10am. All good as Neil wasn't quite dressed yet.

We finally leave after 10am but that was ok as we gave ourselves plenty of time to get up there.

Got to Hunterville and Andrew started his i'm hungry, i'm thirsty and general being a pain. neil tried to settle him down but he wouldn't listen and started throwing Tigger so he got taken off him. Got to Taihape and we stopped off to get something to eat.

Rang the in laws to find that they are almost in Waiouru, so we head off to met them. Finally get up there and I find out that Neil has to wear his full dress when we get out of the car. Go into Subway and meet up with the inlaws who told us there have been alot of parents in there before heading over to camp.

We leave to go to camp and as I thought we just got waved through the security as Neil was in the front seat next to me. Got to the Field and we were lucky and under cover. Get seats and wait for the parade to start.

The parade was about an hour long (a bit too long for my childrens liking) but as soon as it had finished I finally got to have a cuddle with DH!!! So cool and then he spoke to Neil and it was so weird with all these boys (as they are just boys) calling Neil "Staff". He got to see the boys finally (Andrew ran away for some unknown reason ). We got taken into the reception room and OMG the food was so good. I met a few of the guys DH has spent the past 6 weeks with (and I can't remember their names ) and also a few of the big wigs of the Army. A few guys didn't have any family there so spent a bit of time roaming the room meeting everyone. There were a couple of guys that wanted to meet me as DH had told them about me (don't know what he said thou).

Just before 3pm the room went silent and the big wig that was there told us all that the medals had been recovered in Palmy (which makes me think inside job).

DH took us around the camp and into the barracks and then we decided we should go back as Neil was probably looking for his hat. He was and then we left.

Josh slept most of the way home and woke up just before Bulls so we stopped there and had Subway - yum.

DH's platoon he is in the front on the left - very good place to be as he is never wrong when marching as they march off him.
