Now have a pillow that I sleep on. Sort of half side, half tummy and this seems to take any pressure off while still letting me get to sleep in a (semi) normal position]]>

I stopped when it felt uncomfy and it felt like I was lying on a football, now its just impossible to lie on my tummy.<br />I now sleep on my side with a pillow between my knees and one wedged under my tummy/side. I kinda sleep hugging the pillow, soooo comfy!]]>

I used a long body pillow curled in a horse shoe (slept like that the night I went into labour) though it might depend how 'big' your belly is - mine didn't get very big.]]>
