I had a kapoochi backpack for my first and surprisingly I could fill it up. Ive now upgraded to a larger kapoochi bag (like a sports bag with a detachable backpack) ready for when the twins arrive - I should be able to fit enough gear in it for the twins and my toddler.

Breast pump, bottles and bouncinettes are definately essential too. Also having friends/family fill your freezer with meals is a huge help.

It eased the nausea and pretty much stopped me vomiting - and it kept me out of hospital! I would highly recommend it to any preggy mum suffering ms!

Some stages are easier than others, I loved 4-12 months, hated having newborns and am finding toddlers even worse!

Just coz things *can* go wrong in a twin pregnancy, doesn't mean they will. I spent 9 months worrying about having prem/sick babies and then they were born at term in perfect health (almost).

Oh and try not to have too many preconceived ideas. Routine was a must but so was having a bit of flexibility to just go with the flow on days when everything fell apart.
