My day off is tomorrow then I have Monday and Tuesday off next week so a 3 day weekend....woot!!

Start on Graveyard 31st March....already got my first roster and all up, if my leave is approved I'll have 5 days off before I start!!

Well maybe not a crazy, just a paranoid mum who is worried the one I sent back (spelling error) is/was in the hands of someone dodgy.

Sorry I had to share becuase these are such a giggle!

Today I have had one customer want to go through to my supervisor. So what happened? She wanted the cheapest flight in December from London - Auckland. I searched through the WHOLE month (a longer process than you might expect) and proudly gave a her a great fare at the cheapest dates as requested. So why the complaint? I hadn't quoted her at a different date which was more expensive. Ummmmm but you said you wanted the cheapest date and I....oh never mind. Here's my supervisor.

Then my friend had a customer go off her nut because my friend would not sell her a flight on the 31st April. Apparently my friend was lying about there being 30 days in April so she could charge the customer more money. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. *ahem*
