I use nutraplus cream on it which is for ezcema but still seems to do the trick. The other thing you could try would be sudocream or something like it so that there is a barrier between the skin and the dribble for a little bit while it heals. I used sudocream on his baby acne when it was getting a bit sore and it really helped.]]>
