Can I fully immerse it when I wash it (bottom half only when unattached from motor) or can I only stick the end bit with the blades in to give a quick wash? ...probably a silly question but one worth asking!

And one last question, with any baby food I make ...whats the guidelines for keeping it in the fridge ...how long can I store it for etc etc? I will make it regularly as I don't want to go to the extent of storing it in our freezer!

Thanks in advance!
