I was always so preggy-brained at the mw visits that I'd forget to ask about it. <br /><br />Sheza, as for getting used to all of that kind of thing after childbirth...I agree!<br />I was so scared of needles and things before that. I've never had it picked up before never had any issues(always really healthy hardly ever get rundown or sick).. but certainly had it the whole pregnancy....very strange you normally have it but didnt get it picked up during pregnancy...i ended up having the antibiotics and then a c section but glad i had them.. and my mw gives the antibiotics in all future pregnancies too.. ]]>

I thought it would be like a smear test but it isn't at all. You get what looks like a long cotton bud, squish it around to collect some of your vjay "juices" (not scrape it against the top like the smear does), poke it a tiny bit up your backside (I think some mw's say yes, some no for this bit?) and put it back in it's own little container.<br /><br />I had strep B with Kryssi and even though my waters broke early we had no probs with it.]]>
