OK so I had the half glass or berrocca and it seemed to have a triple effect! I was still buzzing at 4am when we got home and couldn't sleep! When I woke up (after just a few hours sleep) I felt like I had the worst ever hangover! even tho I was only drinking bottles of water all night!!! It's kind of a contradiction - they tell you that you can have coffee (in small amounts) then they tell you that V has the same caffeine as a cup of coffee and not to have it. If you read V and Red bull, you shouldn't drink them while pregnant anyway. Great news! My midwife said that berrocca is fine as they are water soluble vitamins and the body will just “extract” what it needs. I hate the taste of red bull and V, so really wasn’t looking forward to that!

Now I’ll be able to keep my eyes open past 9pm for my big girls night out *puts on party hat* or my “retirement from the dance floor” as my mates are calling it LOL

i would check as maybe because it is a high dosage of vitamins, that could be a prob.
