I googled a question I had not long after becoming pregnant, found the whole forum idea a little weird and thought nothing more of it - until I had a question I really wanted to ask and none of my mates were pregnant... so began the addiction!  Now I am one of those forum weirdos and turns out they're not so weird after all!  Though I am loyal - no interest in more than one forum.

When I was in the UK I posted on UK babycentre - someone on there recommended this forum (when it had just started) as it was a NZ one. I popped in and joined but never really posted - it was quite quiet in those days compared to my well established babycentre forum and the NZ stuff just wasn't relevant to me then. Searching for baby names and found this site Back in the dark ages the night before i had Paris (was looking for boys names as we didn't have one). Teehee, many, many years ago in the deep dark distant past, I got a leaflet about OHbaby! in my Bounty pack from Birthcare when Maya was born (I told you it was many years ago!) The site was brand new, there were no message boards and it looked very different to how it does now. Same with me lilfatty, I googled something and it took me here, and I loved it cos it was a New Zealand website. This was in April I think, when we started ttc

Good question ... I think I googled a question and stumbled across this site ... I was quite far into my pregnancy when I butted in on the January Mummies Board ... luckily they are theeeee friendliest bunch of women and they welcomed me with open arms

I can't even remember how I got onto this site, but it was reasonably early into my pregnancy..I think it was searching something to do with foetal growth, but really can't remember.

Just wondering how everyone else heard about it?
