Julia - I was going to go last month, but the monster was fast asleep after a grizzly morning so I didnt make it. Would be keen to go to the next one - think its the last Friday of the month. I have the address and everything like that, so maybe we can meet up out there!

The lady who runs those groups is a regular on another forum I go too, and she seems really lovely. You'll probably find sling baby groups aren't as clicky as playgroups. In my experience they're usually at least slightly "alternative" and usually more understanding towards diferences, including being new etc. They also don't seem to think they're still in high school

Does anyone here go to the slingbabies group that is held once a month in Massey?

Im really interested in going along as I would love to carry Isabelle around  all day without my arms falling off!

I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with the group meetings as I can be a real chicken sometimes (especially after reading some of the posts about clicky playgroups and such!)
