Acupuncture is great! I had it at 5 days overdue and it definitely helped if not started labour (had a stretch n sweep too though). I used accupuncture during pregnancy as T was breech, I then continued till due. The day before EDD I had induction needles. I liked it as if he was ready he would come if not they would not do anything. Well he was ready and my waters broke the following morning and he was then born the day after that.

I used accupressure to encourage labour. You can get this done by a pro or get your partner to put pressure on the acupressure sites.

There's a section for inducing labour and also a downloadable booklet with guides for acupressure points to use during labour as pain relief.

I have heard of it - ive been having acupuncture throughout my pregnancy its been great, my acupuncturist said he can assist when its time

Never heard of using accupuncture, but Sarah has a good accupuncturist she sees.
