I develop a heart murmur in pregnancy. At least I think I do, I'm pretty sure it's not a permanent thing. Hey, I had this with my 3 pregnancies. Shouldn't be too much of a concern for you, but then mention it to your MW anyway. It's called heart pulpitations (sp?), I hated it, and noticed it too when I'd lay down, or sit down after I'd been busy running around! Due to your heart having to pump more blood to the baby & you.
