I used to read tarot for myself and friends frequently, I bought my first deck about six or seven years ago. I haven't for a while now, so I would need to have a read of my guide books if I wanted to start doing it again I think. I feel it depends on the context of the situation you are wanting the reading for, or what you are wanting to achieve from the reading too. I have had some success using a personally tuned pendulum for readings on basic yes / no questions also.

DH had one done years ago before he met me apparently....had a tape of session but has lost it...
she told him he would meet a tall female with long dark hair and they would have two kids and the girl would go fishing with him on a boat one day and when they caught a fish she would make him throw it back...

Yes I've had heaps of readings done, particularly after my ex passed away. Needed to why he did what he did etc.. got some good answers from it too.

I've also had readings done by a "circle" as Conor had a little friend that lived with him in his room and he wasn't a particularly nice friend..so the girls in the circle convinced him to leave Conor alone. Was so amazing, because he did, and Conor was ok after that.

Have had tarot cards done, didn't really think much of them. Have also have a crystal reading which was amazing.

Have you had your tarot cards read and if so what did you get out of it?

Do you get them done regularly or just spur of the moment?

I have learnt to do them for myself and really enjoy it. I need a lot more experience before I could do them for someone else though. Just interested to know the thoughts of others who have had a reading done for them.

Are there things that you would prefer not to be told?
