I've noticed though, if I just try to go back to sleep, it's incredibly hard and though I'll get there eventually, I might end up lying awake for an hour or more. If I actually get up and go to the loo, then I can get back to sleep straight away. Try it and see if it works for you, you might be surprised! ]]>

I do wake up a couple of times for bathroom visits but have figured out that if I don't concentrate on being awake and keep that sleepy feeling going I can hop back into bed and go straight back to sleep.  It is hard trying to manoevour the bump round though!!  And I get sore legs sometimes.  ]]>
