I would pay them their "pocket money" - i think that is required for part of the visa or something...and def dont just want one to do housework etc - my first placement in usa was mainly that and i hated it! i want ella to learn, a new baby to be nurtured and also for someone to feel part of the family as i was in my second placement.<br /><br /><br /><br />]]>

We would get one from USA, Europe most likely (we have asian language covered from Aunty EE so thought another insight for Ella would be cool).<br /><br />I mean by au pair - a live in, full timer, not a slave, but "mothers help" - part of the family. NOT a nanny etc...<br /><br />Also if anyone knows what kinda costs etc they are looking at now....hving done it myself i want someone else to experience the same...altho I will have to train BSDH to behave before one arrives of course <br /><img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> ]]>
