I reckon it's OK, but most people (including midwives) say to avoid it during the first trimester, and to stick with foils if you can rather than having the dye directly on your skin. Anyone know if it is ok to dye hair during pregnancy, I have heard conflicting reports, some say the level of chemicals that get into your system are so low it doesnt matter, some say it should be avoided...
I usually just get a semi-permanenet from the hairdresser every 6 weeks or so, it is supposed to be not that strong it has no amonia in it and cant actually change the color of you hair only add to it...just wondering if anyone knows any more about this, and if the rules apply for all hair dyes or just some types etc...?
