I just bumped a thread in the baby forum. there is some useful info in there along with the I hate them/I love them debate. I am with the first group so Fay is still a Feijoa virgin, might be brave this year

For a little baby... hmm. you can definately freeze fejoas, my nana used to scoop them all out and then freeze them, then serve them with icecream for us as kids, so I presume you can freeze the pulp. Does anyone know how to prepare fejoas for babies - and how early you could give them. I have looked everywhere and cant find any info. Also can you freeze the pulp?

Our neighbour kindly just gave us a huge bag full - but not sure when I could give to bubs?
