I had a spray version. Just a couple of sprays orally every hour to start with.<br /><br />And LOTS of rest. Do you have someone to come and help while you're recovering emz?]]>

I use the spray a lot and find it really good, but I also rub the cream on bruises and bumps. I wouldnt put the cream on a wound though, but the spray would probably be best for that. ]]>
