He turned LOA at the last minute.  I didnt dilate at all though - 2 days into my labour and I was still only 2cm dilated!  Still, his head bumping into me all the time felt very uncomfortable - especially as he had hiccups several times a day!]]>

Sienna (leading twin) was LOA and fully engaged with her head sticking out the bottom just about lol from about 30 weeks, my m/w and OB both thought they would arrive early but they didn't.<br /><br />I feel for you tho, it is mighty uncomfy with a head down there!]]>

It was VERY comfortable to walk and had really bad pains when I tried to walk.  But when I was in labour, he had disengaged himself and the MW could hardly feel where his head was and thought he'd gone breach!  We had a quick scan in delivery suite to check out his position, and thankfully he hadn't turned, but needed a lot of syntocinon to get him to come down again.  Gah! Michaela was in the right position and low down very early. I think it stands for Left Occipito Anterior.  <br /><br />Sheza, my wee monkey is way down too and I'm really feeling it at the moment, like the baby is trying to head butt its way out! It gets better some days, but is always there.
