I dont know what I did but my shoulder is out and I cant turn my head without it hurting. Cant sleep at night. I have enough problems sleeping with this pregnancy but now this. Im just getting constant throbbing pain. They say a good hot bath would help but I have heard that I cant have hot baths while I am pregnant. Going to an osteopath tomorrow so hopefully that will help.

I just wanted to have a whinge, lol.

other than that the pregnancy going good.
