I've been doing things like:<br />cutting gluten out (helps with #2's but not with any endo symptoms)<br />One part of that was to take peanuts and banana chips/dried apricots to work for morning/afternoon tea to avoid gluten options at work<br />adding fibre (ditto)<br />Taking salad to work with a can of fish, for lunch - so easy and cheap!<br />wearing skirts to work (so when I bloat, I can just put it on a different place rather than with trousers when I'd just be so uncomfy!)<br />I'm going to buy myself a cross-over cardy for work in winter so I don't feel so self-conscious over my "preggy (bloated) bump"<br />What else?]]>
