I know its not a "natural" remedy but I use Quickeze. I find for me that just one does the trick. I mostly get heartburn at night time & its not too bad. And its definitely safe for using in pregnancy. I'm sure there must be something natural, that would help. Try a health shop (Hardy's healthy living for example). They should be able to point you in the right direction.

Hi ladies
Does anyone know of anything you can take for heartburn?
I've decided that I really don't want to take any meds whilst pregnant (including panadol and mylanta etc). I heard that Aloe Vera juice can help but I just checked with a chemist and they said it would only soothe the burning feeling in the throat and wouldn't ease the heartburn itself. I know milk doesn't work (I tried it last night).
