Most of the teachers at our childcare use/d cloth on their own kids so I think that helps when it comes to being supportive of cloth. Most of the babies are in disposables so they love that Leo's in cloth - in fact I always take in any new naps to show off (they especially love the Foxybots & D'lishs!) - it's nice to have other cloth enthusiasts to talk to.

When I asked them about cloth the woman looked at me as if I was mad.......to think they WOULDNT do them!! Ask the daycare. I have to supply a lidded bucket, and take that home each night. They didn't want to use a wet bag (just after I brought one for the purpose!)
They also told me that they don't 'do' anything with the nappy, except take it off and put it in the bucket. However, I supply pocket nappies (and add a flushable liner), they do put the liner down the loo, with most of the poo.

It's years since I had a daycare baby in cloth, but when I did I took a lidded bucket which they lined with a plastic bag and at the end of the day I just grabbed the plastic bag and took it home. i send charli to daycare with 2 naps already stuffed and with a liner. that's it. i don't need to send a wetbag, they just pop the dirty one into a plastic bag and then into her backpack. they rinse it if #2's

You only need a bag of any waterproof material. Leo goes to daycare 2 x mornings per week and they also happily use cloth. I just send 3 spare nappies, which I bought cheap off TM (just in case anything was to happen to them, didn't want it to be a Foxybot!), and when they change him they put the dirty nappy into a plastic supermarket bag and pop it into his backpack. So easy! They even provide either disposable wipes or cloth wipes, whichever you prefer.
