I understand how you feel though (my personal trainer has booted me from the gym before for doing the same thing!) but it is best for your body.<br /><br /> Maybe on your rest day just go for a light walk or something.]]>

Is it ok to be working out every day though? I do cardio for 40 mins then 15 mins strength training so its not like I'm going over board- I just feel so gross when I miss a session and it has a knock on effect as well- I find it really hard to get going the next day and I don't sleep as well. ]]>

Had my PT session yesterday and she had some wicked tips. I'm exercising  on my stepper for 30 mins 5 days a week and trying to walk everywhere as much as I can (we're saving tonnes on petrol!). Thats 1-2lbs a week. It's true what they say that the 1st week you will lose the most due to fluid, in my case I didn't lose much due to AF.<br /><br />I have cut my portion sizes down and I believe that is why I'm losing the weight, also doing some exercise helps!]]>

But I can't spend more time working out, Daniel doesn't let me! lol I can't use the treadmill when hes up cause he tries to get on it and if I try and workout to a dvd he constantly trying to stand up using my legs as supports! And when he's asleep I do have work to do for my business. By the time night time comes around and he's in bed, I just wanna crash and die for a bit.]]>

My friend used to have the same thing happen. I've been able to loose everything fairly easily up until now, now I'm going no where the past couple of weeks. I'm off to my chiro today and he's all into exercise and nutrition so I might ask him if hes got any tips. A few years ago when I was loosing weight I hit 74kg and did the same thing, went no where. ]]>

Why, I hear you all asking.. Well, all day my blood sugars have been PERFECT! Not one result over 8! I was testing every two hours, I was like : YUP! IM gonna go to the gym tonight!<br />Then at 6pm i did my last test of the day before the gym and its was 3.8!! I cant workout on a number like that because even if I did bring my sugar back up it takes about half an hour for it to settle into a nice number <br /><br />I reeeeally wanted to go! Like really really....<br />SO I am using my docs ssuggestion to lower my morning insulin (dont ask, its difficult to explain!! lol) and will see how my sugars look today after work. If it works I should have a BS of about 8 meaning i can do a good workout! If it doesnt work i think i am just destined to be fat with perfect blood sugars  Granted, I will alsobe able to have a baby but thats not the point!<br /><br />]]>

I did 6 months of 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts two nights two days and that was pretty hard.<br />But today, i jsut feel ive been slammed at work and cant find the energy to drag myself to the gym! I keep thinking about it with dread.. its not fun!<br />On the positive tho i did drink lots of water today and stayed pretty healthy in terms of food. THo i did have 2x extra slices of vogel but man,i was hungry! Answering customers calls is hard work!!]]>

I have rather successfully, managed to get 1.5 ltrs of water into me today so im happy about that! Everyday ive meant to go to the gym and everyday something has come up!!<br />YEsterday the auto clicker for the car immobiliser went flat so I couldnt lock or unlock my car without using the security code (which takes 15 mins!!)<br />Tuesday I had to pick up DH from his bus stop cos it didnt turn up!<br />And monday my blood sugars were too low and I had no way of raising them so i could work out!!! <br />EXCUSES EXCUSES i know :(]]>

Make a deal to wait.. wait til a 'special' day and use the choc as a treat!!
