Is it hot or sore?<br /><br />No medical experience here, they just seem like relevant questions.<br /><br />ETA:  You already said it's sometimes sore and it's not really a lump when I re-read your post. Also when it was engorged it would hurt a bit at the top. </P><P align=left>Now i'm not feeding him (he weaned at 7 months) I just that engorged hard feeling in my left breast. Sometimes it really hurts. Should I talk to my dr about it, or just put it down to one of those post baby things??</P>]]>
