No we haven't seen him for a bit , but I do have an appointment for Andrew on Wednesday.

I couldn't feel a lump.

Don't worry none of us have medical training but always ask and answer random medical questions

Is it a lump? Has it grown shrunk or stayed the same size? Has it moved? Is it hot or sore?

No medical experience here, they just seem like relevant questions.

ETA: You already said it's sometimes sore and it's not really a lump when I re-read your post. I think you should probably get it checked, at least to put your own mind at rest - plus your doctor hasn't seen you in at least a week he/she might be missing you

He weaned 5 months ago, did you stop lactating fairly soon afterwards or could it possibly be dragging on?

I'd say it's a random post baby thing. ... here's a question for you.

My left breast is bigger than my right (always has been), when I was feeding Josh it could feel the let down a lot more than my right. Also when it was engorged it would hurt a bit at the top.

Now i'm not feeding him (he weaned at 7 months) I just that engorged hard feeling in my left breast. Sometimes it really hurts. Should I talk to my dr about it, or just put it down to one of those post baby things??
