Before getting pg, I always got AF when I woke up in the morning. Cramping always started the night before.

When I was on the pill Sunday afternoon between 3 & 5pm.. you could set your watch to it (it was great) when I went off the pill it was there when I woke up. Mine is usually late morning early afternoon. And always when I go to the toilet. For years and years it was early morning (within half an hour of getting up). In the last few years it's been variable, but usually late morning or early afternoon. It used to be between 10-11am for years. Since I changed pills its now at about 9.30-10pm - I usually notice it just as I'm getting ready for bed.
