We told them a lot what was going to happen and Hannah would seem to understand but then make some random comment about coming back. Anyway she must have figured it all out in the end and we had no probs with them moving in. I don't think she had a clue what we meant when we told her we were moving house but she knew something was up when we did all the packing.

The first thing I unpacked when we got to our new house was Michaela's room. I made sure everything was set up, beds were made, toys were out etc so she had all her familiar things around her.

I also took her and let her run around the new house before we moved and we also showed her around the old house after we moved everything out.

ETA: Good luck with the move.

Edited by MrsMojo
