I have a scan next week friday so hopefully my partner can come to that and listen too, he wasnt at my first appt. She was looking for the baby down realy low in my pelvis, and then she moved up after a while and found it - and she measured from my pelvic bone to where she found it and said I may be further than I thought, she said it could measure as big as 14 weeks , or it could be a big baby!!! I mean that freaked me out a bit cos for a baby to be that much bigger at this stage...? well... How awesome Frantic! I can't wait to hear mine! My first MW appt I was only 9 weeks so too early to try and listen and next one isn't until around 15 weeks so have to wait until then. I thought that the first time I heard the heartbeat was the best, then when I felt the first kick to let you know it's still there It was amazing!!!!!!

I cried my eyes out too! I heard my babies heartbeat today!!!! It took her ages to find it but then she did and I was totally blown away!
It still doesnt really feel real, but that was so cool!!
