just to clarify they legally arent allowed to give them fluids in bed at preschool:)

Up until a month ago we were on three bottles a day, now down to just the bedtime bottle. We swapped the bottle for a sipper cup for breakfast and lunch, sometimes she drinks it other times not.

My sister has a boy the same age and just gives him milk in a cup at dinner and he doesn't have a bottle at night anymore either - probably you are doing this so not much help, so good luck to you. I sympathise with you, screaming matches are no fun.

Hi everyone my little boy has just turned two and I am thinking about taking the bottle off him.
He only has it when he goes to sleep and night time can sometimes be very tricky as he will sometimes have two bottles before he actualy goes to sleep!!!
The bottle is more of a comforter for him as when he attended daycare they wouldnt give it to him when he would have a nap so I tried it at home which resulted in a screaming match
I am after any ideas and tips on how to wean him off
