She was a bit dodgy full stop though ....bringing all that jewellry in and trying to convince them it was for "personal" use!!!

Its fraud to use someone elses card even if its your hubbys and got permission (not to say thousands do it)

But in oz you have to sign for it (unless getting money out of an atm) so you wouldn't be able to use it (unless you can also forge his signature u )

You can be an additional card holder on his account, he just has to ring creditcards to add you.

Or you can apply for one on your own. I'm sure its illegal to use someone elses credit card anyway. Just get an additional card off his account but in your name. But if you have the same surname then im sure you could explain away carrying your husbands card around - just say you took it off him cause you didnt trust him while you were away, haha

I just learnt that if you are carrying someone elses CC then it will look very suss. I have Nigel's CC and was going to take it over to Oz with me to shop with, might have to go and get one in my name I think.
