I have to admit that I have just popped a half full can in the freezer on the odd occasion - bad I know!!

I've put coconut milk into those zip lock bags and then sat them upright in freezer until frozen - works a treat. Also did you know you can buy coconut milk powder? okay - so i'm trying to be good and cut down on our food bill, which means for the first time in my life freezing leftovers instead of throwing them out!!

question is - what's the best way to freeze liquids, ie: I have half a can of coconut milk sitting in the fridge about to go off and wondered if it was freezable??
