When I was preg I used to chop up my salad veges in advance then wash them again just before eating (I was possibly a bit pedantic).<br /><br />Another good one is homemade soup with wholemeal toast. Or if you can't be bothered making your own soup get some watties condensed tomato soup with diced tomato's. Tomato soup is full of antioxidants. <br /><br />I also love baked potato's (made the night before and reheated in the microwave), you can fill with: <br />* cheese and chopped chives <br />* sour cream sprinkled with paprika or chilli <br />* homemade gravy<br /><br />For a really really quick option have wholemeal toast topped with sliced tomatos or avocado or unsweetened jam. <br /><br />There you go, that's 1/2 a week of lunches sorted ]]>
