You might find that the vicks or something does help it tho now that you mention it that what i feel like sometimes and eyclypus oil (sp?) on a tissue near the bed in the room or vicks helps sometimes ]]>

He kinda has the opposite problem. His nose is producing excess mucus and its running down his throat and when hes flat hes kinda gagging on it quite a bit. Poor lil guy.]]>

I just used one of those big woolen blankets (i believe it's a queen sized) rolled up and stuck that between her mattress and the wooden slats it lifts her head up about 20 degrees so drastic that she slips under the blankets but just enough so her head is higher than the rest of her body!  If that makes sense ?? <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />Also, Karvol is AWESOME for congested bubbas.. I stuck some in a small metal bowl with some hot water (not boiling) in her room and the whole room smelt of it... helped DF and I sleep too LOL]]>

I can strap him in his bed with a safety sleep so that would stop him slipping down but I really want the lil guy to have a sleep today that doesn't involve him sleeping on me almost upright. It was nice when he slept on me as a newborn but he's too heavy now - very uncomfy lol]]>
