I also get overwhelming tiredness and occasionally a real sensitivity to light... oh and I vomit!

Usually after the puking bit I sleep and after that the pain has gone - just a bit groggy. My vision goes blurry, my head throbs, I get nauseous and often my hand/lip go numb. Once my vision clears, I tend to muddle my words and make no sense for an hour or so. For a few days after my head hurts if I bend over or move to quickly.

I made the mistake of trying some fish oils yesteday and bingo - have a migraine today. They say fish oil helps but it causes migraines for me. I had a hideous one today.
