I'd say the best thing to do would be to make sure that your BMI is in the "normal" range when you get pregnant. I developed GD in the last few weeks of my pregnancy with Josh (was only picked up 2 days before I had him).

Is it highly possible that when I have my next one I will get it earlier on???

If so is there anything I can do now to help it???
