Have you tried entering it in lower case Lulu?

Mel - I made one from the US Snapfish site (before they were offering it on the NZ site) we did a family one with all the overseas whanau on it for Ollies room....we love it. It looks fantastic!! Everyone comments on how good it looks....so hope that you like yours!
