No leaks or escaping explosions except when I forgot to point it down, which was actually quite often.  <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />Once he slept for 6 hours in a stretch I added a booster but with the new bamboo inserts we've only just started having to add a booster.]]>

I have to say I've never had a poo explosion (*touch wood*), on any of her nappies, prefold, pocket, fitted or even disposables when we had them. So can't really comment on that.]]>

It makes the nappy a tiny bit smaller where she needs it. She very rarely had leaks that meant a whole outfit change.  She used just one insert for the first couple of months and then just boosted with mf cloth from Mitre 10 Mega (sold in 12 packs for around $15 I think!).<br /><br />Vic xx]]>

With fuzzis he leaked maybe once every 2-3 days. With tweedles maybe one a week would leak a teeny bit. The fuzzis had a little gap around one of his legs (he had a skinnier leg) which is why it leaked but still did better than a sposie. They were the only 2 types I used in the very beginning.]]>

The gremlins went into pockets at  8 weeks but they were straight into meds and I used prefolds as inserts.<br /><br />I have a heap of microfibre inserts to use in my smalls, but I don't know how much absorbency I'll need? One insert plus booster? Just an insert? <br /><br />Can anyone help?]]>
