Mmmm, yeah, I used to love it!  Now it's just the Cadbury hot choc here, 'cause it's dairy-free.  The 'may contain traces of..." warning is an interesting one.  I ignored it once and had a very sick little girl on my hands.  But then, I think the kind of reaction you have to a food can guide you in just how strict you want to be about eliminating it.  The "manufactured in a plant that also processes a, b & c" warning is usually more of a legal issue than a health one - the company is just covering their butts... except for cases where people have a shocking peanut allergy where some will still need to avoid those foods.  What I'm saying with all this blah de blah is that it's great (no, essential) to read every food label, but try not to stress about the second kind I mentioned... otherwise you'll find yourself eating nothing but unseasoned homegrown veges! 

I have a container T and it says may contain traces of gluten, dairy, soy, nuts and seeds.
