Gosh  I must be such a piglet!  I eat loads.  Today I have had less than usual and have had:<br /><br />Porridge with cinnamon, fruit, nuts and seeds<br />Latte<br /><br />Spiralina drink (I still have a cold so had this as a treat)<br />Cup tomato soup<br />Wholegrain roll with Surimi<br />Banana<br />Mandarin<br />( I would usually also have a nut bar here)<br /><br />Mochalatte<br />Steak with a baby spinach and avocado salad<br />Wholegrain toast with almond butter<br /><br />And i'm about to have a timtam!<br /><br />I eat so much food <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley3.gif" border="0"> ]]>

Because this is normal amounts for me and I have an office job! Somebody, pleeeeease?<br /><br />Breakfast: Burnt the rice pudding so had left-over casserole dinner instead, and a banana smoothie<br /><br />Morning tea: Two cheese & onion muffins, and 1/3 cup trail mix<br /><br />Lunch: Salad (mesculun, baby spinach leaves, small tomato, some cheese pieces) and a small piece of banana cake<br /><br />Afternoon tea: 3 more small pieces of banana cake!<br /><br />Pre-dinner: Corn cruskit<br />Dinner: Mince stew<br /><br />Supper: Banana smoothie (we have some really soft ones to use up, also I had to make a peace offering to DH after having a bit of a yell at him tonight <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0"> - all better now!)<br /><br />Have only drunk water today, at least 2 litres<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by busymum</span>]]>
