They'll prob have yoghurt for lunch when they get up and I haven't thought as far ahead as dinner but probably a tuna pasta bake.]]>

Multivitamin<br /><br />Morning tea: (at daycare) 10am<br />Crackers and cheese<br />2 - 3 pieces of fruit.<br />water<br /><br />Lunch: (daycare)12 o clock<br />Pizza slices, salad sandwiches, fruit, water<br /><br />Afternoon tea:  (daycare) 3pm<br />2 - 3 pieces of fruit<br />something else (can't remember what was written up on the board)<br />water<br /><br />Pre-swimming snack : 4.30 pm<br />1 Pizza pocket each, large glass of water<br /><br />Post swimming snack:<br />Ayja had a small animal fruit bar (eaten while watching Paris's lesson at about 5pm),<br />paris a snacker bite (on the way home in the car at about 5.45pm.)<br /> half glass of choccy milk as a treat while waiting for dinner to cook - 6pm<br /><br />Dinner:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;finally! 6.30pm<br />Chicken and herb tortellini pasta with chunky tomato and vegetable pasta sauce, small amount cheese on top. Orange juice watered down with water (50 mls pure OJ with 100 mls water), then both had about 2 helpings more of water once that was finished.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I tell ya my kids drink like fishes<br /><br />Managed to still dash Paris through the shower after that to get the chlorine out of her hair. woot!<br /><br />Drink of water before bed, and drink bottles next to bed after that for however much they want.  Paris is sensible and takes only enough to quench her thirst since of course she's not in nappies, but ayja will skull as much as is in the drink bottle and want more.<br /><br /><br />They're hanging out for tonight cos every 2nd wednesday is roast night.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br /> Paris usually downs a heap of chicken, and also loves roast potato, roast carrot (ewww, mike taught her that), roast kumera, and minted peas with gravy.. Isn't that worse than just normal coke - the artificial sugar?<br /><br />Meh I like this thread, so I will join in ....still a bit skeptical about sharing MY diet with everyone though considering I probably eat more than your average man. I blame breastfeeding ...the boy still breastfeeds 5 times daily (on top of solids).<br /><br />So here's his day thus far:<br /><br />Boobie feed<br /><br />BREAKFAST<br /><br />1 Can of Baby Custard<br />I give him a handful of cornflakes/dry fruit ...he will pick a couple pieces up and eat them. Doesn't eat a hell of a lot but worth trying.<br />1 Jam Sandwich<br />Handful of vege crisps (as in the size of Lucas' hand - not mine)<br />1 x Cheese segment (the dairy pop ones with calcium etc)<br /><br />Will fill the rest in later, we've had a late start.<br /><br />]]>

Piece of toast with marmite.<br /><br />Morning tea/lunch - peanut butter sandwich, packet of raisins, small snaplock bag of popcorn, half an apple (this was at Playcentre and I think I saw another kid eating some of the apple) then once we got home, 3 x cheerios with tomato sauce, 3 slices of shaved ham and half slice of cheese.<br /><br />Afternoon tea - plain biscuit and a couple of pieces of banana<br /><br />Dinner - 2 x chicken tenders, mashed potato, carrot, peas, sweetcorn and broccolli.<br /><br />250ml bottle of milk before bed.<br /><br />I think she is having a growth spurt as she is eating lots at the moment <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0"> ]]>

She didnt wanted chicken tonight for some reason.<br /><br />She has had 2 natural sweeties for being good and taking herself to the bathroom and had another cookie when dad came back.<br /><br />Had water during the day from her drinks bottle and had one cup hot chock at night. (A knive point of chock in 150 ml water)<br /><br />]]>

He gave me that "I know... but it was yummy" grin LOL]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=207">Maya</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 18324<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17 June 2008 at 8:03pm<br /><br />So now we know what all the mummies and mummies-to-be eat, what do our kids eat in a day?<br /><br />Gremlins had 1 1/2 slices of toast with jam each for breakfast, plus 1/2 an apple cut up between them. <br /><br />Morning tea was a Mother Earth fruit stick each, then 250ml milk each before their nap. <br /><br />Lunch was a packet of those Sakata mini rice crackers between them and another 1/2 apple.<br /><br />Afternoon tea was 2 mandarins, 250ml of Calci Kids choc milk each, and two mini choc chippie biscuits.<br /><br />Then they helped themselves to the rest of the packet of mini choc chip bickies with help from big sister <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0"><br /><br />Dinner was a bowl of cottage pie (mince, potato, cheese, carrot, broccoli, corn and peas). Then another 250ml bottle before bed.<br /><br />Maya had 2 slices of toast and jam plus a hot choc for breakfast, her lunchbox at school (ham sandwich, mandarin, Le Snak, pack of Rice Wheels, 3 mini hundreds and thousands bickies), 250ml Calci Kids choc milk and the mini choc chip bickies for afternoon tea, then cottage pie for dinner. Then a packet of chips and 1/2 choc bar that Willie bought home from work <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif" border="0">, an icecream on a cone and now she is eating 3 mandarins.]]>
