thanks ladies

Go directly to the doctor, do not pass go, do not collect $200! Mastitis can progress so quickly, I woke up one morning with a red patch on my breast and by lunchtime was in hospital hallucinating with a fever of nearly 40 degrees. I ended up staying in hospital 9 days!

Yeah def go get some antibiotics today. Is good to keep him feeding with mastitis to empty out the breasts. Take panadol as well until you get the anitbiotics they will help keep the fever down.

So do you have thrush as well as mastitis or is he just an idiot?? You definitely need antibiotics by the sound of it... get thee to a doc right away!!

ive had mastitis since sunday. i went to my new doctor on monday, he checked jacksons mouth for white spots and cheked my nipple, then said "yes you have mastitis, keep baby OFF the breast" (i didnt listen to him)
i now have it in both breasts, im sweating and not getting any better. so i called healthline and she asked me what antibiotics i was on.i read out the box and she said "ARE YOU SURE?" and i said yes.... she said "thats an antifungal!!!"
