Jez, was it a proper doppler? Coz I got a gadget for listening to bubs heartbeat in Canada ($50), but it's not the same as the ones they use at hospital / ultrasound - actually tells you that its not really effective until the third trimester - and we have definitely been trying heaps already !! Yer i have heard that but it says on the pamphlet that they cant sense or hear it, i think personally its coz there is something pressed down on them lol Coz she does it to the midwife to and when cory touches me lol

I heard my baby's heartbeat for the first time yesterday That was the most amazing thing i have experienced yet.
