DH is very tempted to put aspirin in a bit of meat and give it to them apparently that'll take care of the issue too. I am writing a letter today to dog control as they were meant to send me barking complaint forms a month ago and I think I may ring the SPCA just to say about the food and water issue. I feel so sorry for the dogs as all they really want is to be included and have some attention poor things.

I have become an obsessed woman who grequently rings the council! Apparently the neighbours are seeing a dog psychologist so I've been told to be patient. Still, it's about 5 weeks since my last complaint and the dog is still manic, so I'll complain again. For me, it's also a safety issue as the dog has got off its chain and jumped the fence several times - not good given there'll soon be a wee baby here.

Round-up on dog meat is meant to be a good resolution
