Looks like there wer some major changes in all of their lives to get to that point, I hope show at some stage what happened in those 5 years.

And I just had a look at the abc website and the next season in in filming now and starts in fall this year in the states.

It looked like she may have climbed the bookshelf in her room to get the doll (doll was placed on the top when Kathryn walked out) and the whole thing crashed.   I saw shattered glass and the doll was on the floor with the body knocked down under the bookshelf.

Any one else agree? Theories?
